About Your Shopping Cart

Shopping cart

To order an item from our web site, you first need to add it to your "shopping cart". Your online shopping cart works much like a real shopping cart. You can add and remove items from it, and you pay for the whole thing when you check out. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it. You can always change your mind later.

To add an item to your shopping cart, first locate the product by doing a product search or browsing through our web site. Get to the product details page by clicking on an item's picture or linked title. From the product detail page, you can click "Add to cart" at the bottom of the product detail page. Here you can also specify the quantity of the item you wish to add.

Change your mind?

If you change your mind, you can add to, remove from, or change quantities of your shopping cart as often as you want before checking out. To have a look at the contents of your shopping cart any time, click "View Cart" at the top of our web site. Here, you'll be able to change the quantity of an item you've put in the cart, or remove it completely. You can make as many changes as you like, until you decide to check out.

Lifetime of your shopping cart

Assuming you use the same web browser on the same computer, and have "cookies" enabled in your web browser (most browsers do by default, unless you have disabled them), the items in your shopping cart will remain there for up to 30 days, even if you exit our web site and come back later. So you can add items to your shopping cart any time, over any number of days, and come back later to check out and place the order.

Prices in the shopping cart

You should be aware that placing an item in your shopping cart at a certain price does not guarantee you that price. The price or availability of an item may change between adding it to your cart and checking out. The price charged when you complete your order will be the current price at the time of checkout, not necessarily the same price as when you first added the item. Of course, you will be able to review your order and change your mind before confirming.

Once you have everything in your shopping cart that you want to buy, click "Check Out" either from within your shopping cart, or from the top right corner of our web site.

Customer accounts

In order to place an order at our web site, you must create an online account with us. The information we collect in your account is used only by us to process your order. Please review our privacy policy if you have concerns about providing us with personal information.

Logging in

If you have shopped online with us before, you created a login and password. When you check out, you will be asked to provide that login information so that we can retrieve your customer account. If you are a first time shopper, you will need to create an account, which you can do at the checkout screen by selecting "Click here if you do not have an account". If you do have an account but cannot remember your login or password, select "Click here if you have forgotten your password" from the checkout screen.

Coupons

From time to time, we may give out promotional coupons which can be used on our web site. If you have received a coupon code, you can enter it when prompted during checkout, and its value will be deducted from your total. Please note that in-store coupons, gift certificates, or other in-store promotions may not be redeemed for online orders. Likewise, online coupons may not be used at our store. Unless otherwise indicated, online coupons expire in 90 days after being issued, may be used only once, and must be redeemed in full (no cash value).

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard only. All orders placed through our web site require one of these cards. If you wish to place an order without a credit card, please contact us.

Charging your credit card

When you place an order, your credit card will not be charged immediately. Your card will be charged only when your order actually ships. If items you have ordered are not in stock, you will not be charged for them until they are available.

Church accounts

At this time, in-store credit accounts you may have established with us cannot be used to place orders through our web site. If you are purchasing for a church, you will need to use a credit card, or contact us to order on your account.
