About Shipment Options

Shipping Method

We ship all orders through Canpar. At this time we are able to ship to most areas of Canada and the USA. If you are ordering internationally, please contact us for further information.

Shipping Rates

The following rates apply to orders shipped within Canada only:

Orders $75 or less *	$6.00
Orders over $75 *	Shipping rate will be charged at 8% of your order subtotal *.

* before taxes, coupons and shipping.

If you wish to ship to the USA or internationally, please contact us for further information.

Delivery Times

Most deliveries within Canada can be shipped within 1-3 business days. Occasionally it can take up to 5 business days. Generally, the closer you are to our store in London, Ontario, the sooner your order will arrive.

Express Shipping

If you need your order sooner, express shipping is available. Please contact us for further information.

Backorder Shipments

If your order contains a mixture of in stock and out of stock items, you will be able to choose at checkout time how you want your order shipped. You have two options:

Group order into a single shipment
Your entire order will be shipped together once all out of stock items have arrived.
Ship available items first
All currently in-stock items will be shipped right away. The remaining backordered items will be shipped seperately once they arrive at an additional cost of $5.00.
