About Browsing & Searching
Featured Items Most of our featured items, bestsellers, and new releases are easy to find on our web site. To see our featured books, music, videos, bibles, kids product, or bargains, click on those headers at the top of our web site. Our bestsellers and new releases can be accessed on the right column of the home page of our web site. Searching for a specific item or author If you wish to search for a specific item, the Product Search box can always be found on the left column of our web site. Just enter the keywords of the author, title, or ISBN of the item you wish to find. Just browsing? Sometimes you're not sure exactly what you're looking for, and just want to browse around. To browse through one of our sections, first click on a main category at the top of our site (like Books, Music, Videos, etc). Then within each category, on the right column, you'll be able to choose a sub-category to browse items within that category. You can then easily browse the entire category, either in order of popularity, or alphabetically by author name or title. Still can't find something? If you have searched and still cannot find what you are looking for, it may still be available. Please contact us with as much information as you can provide about the item in question. We'll do our best to find it for you! About Our Product Selection
What is available The product selection on our web site is based on our actual in-store inventory. Presently this includes about 30,000 items primarily from books, music, videos and bibles. What is not available Some items that we sell in-store, such as novelties, giftware, and jewelry, are not available through our web site. If you wish to order these items, please contact us. Online prices vs. In-store prices Our online database is synchronized regularly with our actual in-store inventory. In most cases, the prices you see online are representative of our true in-store prices. In the event that there is a discrepancy in the price advertised online and our in-store price, we will offer you the lowest of the two prices. Out of stock items You can still place an order for items marked "out of stock" on our web site. If your order contains in-stock items, we will ship your entire order once backordered items arrive. If you wish to receive your order faster, at checkout time you can choose to have in-stock items shipped immediately, for an extra $5.00 charge. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they are available. If you place an order for an item that is out of stock, we will have to order more from our supplier. This typically takes 1-3 weeks, but may take longer if our supplier is out of stock, or if the item is not yet published or out of print. You will be able to check the status of your order at any time. Rain checks Sometimes we may have only a limited quantity of a certain item available at a sale price. If we run out of stock of a sale priced item, we may not be able to get more at that price. In this case, we reserve the right to cancel your order, or offer you the item at regular price. |
