Returns
Our Returns Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are still in original condition. Please keep a copy of the receipt mailed to you with your order. Returns in store
If it is convenient, returns or exchanges can be done at our store location in London, Ontario. Please bring a copy of the receipt mailed with your order and let the staff know the order was placed online. Returns by mail
If an in-store return is inconvenient for you, you can send your return to us by mail. Please email orders@upperroombookstore.com with the following information:
We will reply with further instructions on returning your order. Important: DO NOT return items without first receiving authorization and instructions from us. Your return may not be accepted otherwise. Reimbursement
Upon receipt of an approved return, we will reimburse you for the item being returned for the price at which it was purchased. A credit will be issued to the card used when your order was placed. We may need to contact you to obtain the card number in order to issue the refund. Return shipping costs
If you ship an authorized return back to us, we will only assume responsibility for reimbursing return shipping charges only if:
